Prices in euros, all taxes included. Goldener Lotus reserves the right to change its prices.
3. Ordering & payment
Payment is made at the restaurant in cash or by card. Online payment is not available on this website.
4. Delivery / collection
Takeaway and delivery orders cannot be placed through this website.
5. Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly (§ 312g(2) no. 2 BGB) or for contracts for the supply of food and drinks for a specific date or period (§ 312g(2) no. 9 BGB).
6. Legal warranties
Statutory warranty rights apply (§§ 434 et seq. BGB).
7. Complaints & consumer dispute resolution
